"My husband and I were in need of a contractor for a large renovation on our home. Scott had done work for a number of friends and was highly recommended, so we were thrilled that he was available to take on our renovation.

We had done most of the demolition and had ordered the kitchen cabinets before meeting with Scott. We had a mother-in-law suite that we were incorporating into the main part of the house so we needed walls and doorways moved and the plumbing and electrical updated as well as new flooring, tiling, installation of some new windows and all new trim and doors. Scott was very helpful in offering suggestions and ideas as well as accommodating our wants and needs. What was great about working with Scott was that once we explained what we wanted, he got it. In addition to doing all the framing, installing new windows and doors, all new trim as well as the tile work in the bathrooms and kitchen and a new schluter system in the ensuite, he was our general contractor for the job, so he organized the sub trades and kept them on task. He was efficient, effective and meticulous in his work and he always kept our best interests in mind. He was always pleasant to work with and made this renovation seem seamless. We would never have believed that our renovation could have been this easy.

"We had Scott Miller and Valley Works Construction renovate our kitchen and family room. Scott was wonderful to work with. He walked us through every single aspect of the process and explained anything we didn't understand. He came with us to choose our cabinets, counter tops and fixtures offering expert advice and helping with the sales people. He gave us a schedule for what would happen each day of the process.
